Day 170 — My Birthright Will Not Be Stolen in Jesus’ Mighty Name

THE MORNING CRY GLOBAL FAMILY. MID-DAY PROPHETIC POWER DECLARATIONS AGAINST THE DESTRUCTION THAT WASTES AT NOON DAY. DAY 170. FRIDAY 6TH NOVEMBER, 2K26. 12 NOON WAT. DURATION: 90 MINUTES ANCHOR: BISHOP DR. MOSES ALUKA TOPIC: MY BIRTHRIGHT WILL NOT BE STOLEN IN JESUS’ MIGHTY NAME Theme: Preserving My Divine Inheritance and Taking Possession of What God Has Ordained for Me. Prayer Focus: Every blessing, opportunity, position, inheritance, promise and divine entitlement ordained for my life shall be preserved. I will not lose what God has allocated to me through ignorance, carelessness, manipulation, deception or spiritual opposition. INTRODUCTION A birthright is more than something inherited at birth. In the biblical sense, it represents an inheritance, privilege, position, responsibility and blessing attached to one's identity and lineage. It may include family inheritance, divine opportunities, spiritual privileges, covenant blessings and responsibilities entrusted to an individual. The Bible gives us two important examples of people who faced the issue of birthright. Esau exchanged his birthright for a temporary meal, while Naboth refused to surrender his ancestral inheritance, even when King Ahab offered him something he considered attractive. These two accounts teach us powerful lessons. Esau teaches us that what is valuable must never be exchanged for temporary satisfaction. Naboth teaches us that some inheritances must be defended with conviction, even when powerful people attempt to take them away. Many people have lost valuable opportunities because of ignorance, impatience, wrong decisions, manipulation, unhealthy relationships or the pursuit of immediate gratification. Others have allowed intimidation and fear to make them surrender what they should have preserved. Today, we rise in prayer and declare that our birthright will not be stolen. We shall not exchange eternal values for temporary pleasures. We shall not surrender our God-given opportunities through carelessness. We shall not allow deception, greed, fear or wicked manipulation to rob us of what God has entrusted to us. We must also remember that our inheritance in Christ is greater than material possessions. Through Jesus Christ, we have received an incorruptible inheritance. Therefore, we must guard our faith, preserve our spiritual identity, walk in wisdom and take responsibility for the blessings God has placed in our hands. Our declaration is clear: My birthright will not be stolen, my inheritance will not be exchanged, and my portion will not be lost, in Jesus’ mighty name!

Scripture references

  • Genesis 25:33–34 (KJV) “And Jacob said, Swear to me this day; and he sware unto him: and he sold his birthright unto Jacob. Then Jacob gave Esau bread and pottage of lentiles; and he did eat and drink, and rose up, and went his way: thus Esau despised his birthright.”
  • 1 Kings 21:3 (KJV) “And Naboth said to Ahab, The LORD forbid it me, that I should give the inheritance of my fathers unto thee.”

Prayer points

  1. Give me courage to stand for what is right and never surrender my rightful portion through intimidation, in Jesus’ mighty name. Declaration: My inheritance is preserved by the hand of God. I shall not be manipulated into surrendering my rightful portion.
  3. O LORD, DELIVER ME FROM EVERY WRONG DECISION THAT CAN COST ME MY FUTURE Scripture: Proverbs 19:2 (KJV) “Also, that the soul be without knowledge, it is not good; and he that hasteth with his feet sinneth.” Prayer: Father, deliver me from ignorance, impatience and careless decisions. Declaration: I shall not become a victim of careless decisions. My steps are ordered by the Lord, and my future is preserved.
  4. EVERY VOICE OF DECEPTION ASSIGNED TO MISDIRECT MY DESTINY, BE SILENCED Scripture: Colossians 2:8 (KJV) “Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.” Prayer: Father, deliver me from deceptive voices, misleading relationships and dishonest influences. Surround me with people who will strengthen my faith and support my divine purpose, in Jesus’ mighty name. Declaration: I shall not be deceived or diverted from God's purpose. I receive discernment to recognise truth and reject deception.
  5. MY DIVINE PORTION SHALL NOT BE TRANSFERRED THROUGH ENVY, WICKEDNESS OR UNJUST TREATMENT Scripture: Psalm 16:5–6 (KJV) “The LORD is the portion of mine inheritance and of my cup: thou maintainest my lot. The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; yea, I have a goodly heritage.” Prayer: Father, You are the portion of my inheritance and the One who maintains my lot. Let no injustice, envy or wicked arrangement deprive me of the opportunities You have prepared for me. Where my rights have been denied, let truth and justice prevail. Establish me in my appointed place, in Jesus’ mighty name. Declaration: The Lord maintains my lot. My portion is secured in Him, and I shall enjoy the goodly heritage He has prepared for me.
  6. O LORD, RESTORE EVERY GOOD THING I HAVE LOST THROUGH IGNORANCE OR WRONG CHOICES Scripture: Joel 2:25 (KJV) “And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.” Prayer: Merciful Father, let Your mercy speak for me in every area where I have suffered loss. Restore lost opportunities where possible, open new doors and give me wisdom to recover what can still be recovered. Let my past mistakes not become permanent limitations, in Jesus’ mighty name. Declaration: My past losses will not define my future. I receive restoration, renewed opportunities and divine direction.
  7. MY CHILDREN AND GENERATIONS AFTER ME SHALL NOT LOSE THEIR GOD-GIVEN INHERITANCE Scripture: Proverbs 13:22 (KJV) “A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just.” Prayer: Father, preserve my children and generations after me. Give me wisdom to build a godly legacy. Let my children not become victims of ignorance, deception or destructive choices. May they walk in righteousness, wisdom and divine purpose, preserving and multiplying the goodly heritage entrusted to our family, in Jesus’ mighty name. Declaration: My children and generations after me shall walk in divine purpose and enjoy a godly heritage.
  8. O LORD, ESTABLISH ME IN MY PORTION AND GIVE ME GRACE TO POSSESS MY INHERITANCE Scripture: Deuteronomy 1:21 (KJV) “Behold, the LORD thy God hath set the land before thee: go up and possess it, as the LORD God of thy fathers hath said unto thee; fear not, neither be discouraged.” Prayer: Father, give me the courage, wisdom and strength to possess what You have prepared for me. Remove fear, discouragement and procrastination. Let my efforts produce meaningful results, and establish me in the place You have ordained for my life, in Jesus’ mighty name. Conclusion

CLOSING PROPHETIC CHARGE Beloved, your birthright is too valuable to be treated carelessly. Esau lost sight of the value of his inheritance because of temporary hunger, while Naboth understood that his ancestral inheritance was not something to be casually exchanged. Do not allow pressure to make you surrender your convictions. Do not allow greed to make you compromise your values. Do not allow fear to make you abandon your assignment. Guard your faith, protect your integrity, make wise decisions and stand firmly on the promises of God. Remember: What you fail to value, you may eventually lose; what you fail to guard, you may expose to danger. May the Lord grant you the wisdom to preserve your inheritance and the grace to possess everything He has prepared for you, in Jesus’ mighty name. FINAL PROPHETIC CONFESSION I am a child of God, redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ. My life is not without purpose, and my future is not without divine direction. I will not despise my birthright like Esau, neither will I surrender my inheritance through fear or intimidation. The Lord is the portion of my inheritance, and He maintains my lot. My faith shall not be stolen, my convictions shall not be compromised, and my divine assignment shall not be abandoned. I receive wisdom to make right decisions, courage to defend what is right, and grace to possess what God has prepared for me. My children and generations after me shall enjoy a godly heritage. I shall not lose my portion, I shall not exchange my destiny, and I shall not abandon my inheritance. MY BIRTHRIGHT WILL NOT BE STOLEN, IN JESUS’ MIGHTY NAME. AMEN! Bishop Dr. Moses Aluka
