A global Christian prayer network dedicated to daily prayer, biblical teaching, spiritual growth, and humanitarian service.

Who we are

We gather daily to seek God's face, intercede for individuals, families, and nations, and strengthen one another in faith.

Beyond prayer, we are committed to helping the hopeless, supporting vulnerable people, and transforming lives through practical acts of love and compassion.

What we believe

The Morning Cry Global Family believes in the one true and living God—God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the ultimate authority for our faith and Christian living. We believe in the deity, virgin birth, death, and bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ, and that salvation is available to all who believe in Him. We believe in the power of prayer, the ministry of the Holy Spirit, the importance of holiness, and the call to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with all nations. We believe in the power of faith, the transforming work of God's Word, the fellowship of believers, and the hope of Christ's return. We are committed to demonstrating God's love through compassion, service, and practical support for the vulnerable, bringing hope to the hopeless and glory to His name.

Bishop Dr. Moses Ugo Aluka

Bishop Dr. Moses Ugo Aluka is a product of divine election, generational priesthood, and lifelong service to God. He comes from a distinguished lineage of priests and Levites, rooted deeply in Christian faith, ministry, and apostolic continuity.

His grandfather, Late Pastor Emmanuel Nwanna Aluka, was a pioneering minister in the Apostolic Christian Church Mission (ACCM), Aba, Abia State, Nigeria. As one of the founding fathers of the church in 1934, Pastor Emmanuel Aluka served faithfully for fifty years, labouring in doctrine, evangelism, prayer and pastoral oversight until his transition to glory in 1984. His ministry left an enduring spiritual legacy that continues to shape generations.

Bishop Dr. Moses was born into this sacred heritage as the fifth child and second son in his father’s house.

At birth, his grandfather prophetically named him “ENWEREMMADU”—an Igbo name meaning “I have somebody.” By deeper spiritual interpretation, the name affirmed that God had preserved a continuation of the priestly lineage, raising a successor to carry the priesthood order forward in his own generation.

“And he shall have it, and his seed after him, even the covenant of an everlasting priesthood; because he was zealous for his God, and made an atonement for the children of Israel.”

Numbers 25:13 (KJV)

His father, Archbishop Dr. Godfrey C. Aluka, succeeded Pastor Emmanuel Aluka and formally entered full-time ministry in 1984, having previously served in multiple ministerial capacities including choir leadership, youth ministry, and Christian education. Under this strong apostolic and pastoral covering, Bishop Dr. Moses was nurtured in doctrine, discipline, and devotion.

From infancy, the hand of God was evident upon his life. At the age of one, he survived a strange and life-threatening illness, a testimony to divine preservation. His mother later recounted a profound spiritual encounter received before his birth, affirming that the child she carried was marked for divine purpose and spiritual authority.

Notably, Bishop Dr. Moses was born in the church, during a morning prayer session—an early sign of a life consecrated unto God. As a child, he demonstrated unusual love for the Scriptures, consistently drawn to the Bible while other children played. By the age of seven, the manifestation of God’s power through prayers, healings, and spiritual insight became evident, leading to his early exposure to ministry across cities in Nigeria. His parents carefully guided him in prayer, preaching, holiness, and spiritual discipline.

His academic journey further reflected his leadership calling. At NINLAN Demonstration Secondary School, Aba, he emerged as Scripture Union Fellowship President while still in Junior Secondary School. He later attended Abia State Senior Science School, Ihie, where he served as Scripture Union Fellowship President and Chapel Prefect of the entire school, demonstrating consistent spiritual leadership among his peers.

Following secondary education, Bishop Dr. Moses dedicated a year to skill development, ministry refinement, and music. During this period, he recorded his first gospel music album, “Ofe-Mmiri Vol. 1” (1999–2000), under the mentorship of the late Austin Bazz, further expressing his ministry through worship and sound doctrine.

At Abia State University, he remained deeply engaged in Christian service through the All Saints Chapel of Redemption, NIFES (Nigerian Fellowship of Evangelical Students), and the Joint Christian Campus Fellowship (JCCF). He served in multiple departments including evangelism, music, and organization, later becoming Leader of the Evangelism Unit and Mission Support Unit Director, maintaining a lifelong pattern of spiritual leadership.

While concluding his university education (2004-2005), Bishop Dr. Moses was ordained and posted to Port Harcourt, Rivers State, where he began full-time pastoral ministry.

“As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them.”

Acts 13:2 (KJV)

He continued faithfully through his National Youth Service Corps and has remained in uninterrupted full-time ministry ever since.

In 2008, he married Pastor Blessing Ihuoma Aluka, his divinely ordained partner in life and ministry, confirmed through prophetic witness and divine leading. Their union has been blessed with five wonderful children:

Prosper Chimarauzom, Nora NgoziChukwu, Joy Chidinma, Benita Nmasinachi, and Splendour Chikabibia Moses-Aluka.

Bishop Dr. Moses Aluka holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Abia State University, Uturu, Abia State, Nigeria and a PhD in Christian Theology from International Miracle Institute, Pensacola, Florida, USA.

A defining turning point in his apostolic journey occurred in 2014 during an international conference in Aba, Abia State, organized by the International Fellowship of Covenant Churches (I.F.O.C.C), headquartered in Clermont, Florida, USA, under the African leadership of Bishop Dr. Marshall Uba. A brief but revelatory teaching on Leviticus 16:21–22 and the redemptive work of Christ profoundly impacted global leaders present, opening international doors and ushering Bishop Dr. Moses into global ministry. Later that year, he attended the global conference in Florida, marking the beginning of extensive international apostolic engagement across Africa, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas.

In January 2024, Bishop Dr. Moses initiated the Morning Cry Altar Prayers, a daily 5:00 a.m. WAT global prayer movement, which birthed the Morning Cry Global Family—now a growing international intercessory community. This was further strengthened by the Intercession Hour at 7:00 p.m. WAT, and mid-day prophetic declarations at 12:00 p.m WAT (Mondays through Saturdays), fostering sustained prayer, revival, and spiritual alignment worldwide.

“I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night…”

Isaiah 62:6 (KJV)

On November 2, 2025, during the 80th birthday celebration of his father, Archbishop Dr. Godfrey C. Aluka, a prophetic mantle-transfer occurred. In a symbolic act, his father publicly handed him a mantle (a shoe), commissioning him to carry the church into a new season. Shortly thereafter, Bishop Dr. Moses received the formal call to prepare for Bishopric Consecration.

“He took up also the mantle of Elijah that fell from him…”

2 Kings 2:13 (KJV)

Today, Bishop Dr. Moses Ugo Aluka stands as a vessel of generational grace, apostolic authority, prayer revival, and doctrinal soundness—called to help lead TRAC BIBLE CHURCH INT’L and the Morning Cry Global Family into “A New Dawn of Glory.”

“And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.”
